Courtney Schulnick, Esq. is a former litigator with nearly two decades of experience in high-pressure professional environments and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor trained through Jefferson’s Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness.

After experiencing firsthand the demands of a fast-paced career, Courtney turned to mindfulness as a practical way to cultivate clarity, resilience, and a steadier way of moving through life.

Today, Courtney works with high-achieving professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating complex life transitions - including those balancing careers, families, and major financial decisions. Through workshops, speaking, multi-week programs, and one-on-one coaching, she offers accessible, evidence-based mindfulness tools that support clearer thinking, emotional regulation, and more grounded decision-making.

Her work is especially impactful for individuals who are used to “holding it all together” on the outside, but are seeking a more sustainable and aligned way to operate on the inside.

In addition to her private practice, Courtney teaches at the Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson and hosts the Conscious Corner with Courtney podcast, where she explores mindfulness, wellbeing, and intentional living.
